Statements of Accounts of Members are issued semi-annually by EPF Department under sections 5(1) (j) of the EPF Act.
Statements of Accounts should be checked carefully by members when received from their employers and if any error or discrepancy is noted, please bring it to notice of EPF Department immediately.
There are several types of balance confirmation letters which are requested by employees.
- Issuing Balance Confirmation Letters / Contribution History Reports to the members for obtaining Visa and any other purposes
- Upon request, members of EPF are issued confirmations of their EPF balances/ Contribution History Reports upon submission of relevant documents.
