The Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) Department of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka
has introduced a new RR Form in February 2024 as the prescribed document
for collecting member information for re-registration purposes.

This initiative aims to provide a simpler, more efficient, and standardized method
of collecting member information.
Discontinuation of RR-6 Form
Please be informed that the previously used RR-6 Form will be
discontinued with effect from 1st April 2026.
- RR-6 forms submitted on or after this date will not be accepted
- Such submissions will be returned to the respective employer
All employers are kindly requested to ensure the use of the new RR Form
for all re-registration submissions from 1st April 2026 onwards.
