Statement Issuance Service

To enhance member convenience, the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) Department has centralized the issuance of key financial documents. Members can now request both Contribution History and Balance Statements through a single, streamlined process.

Document Type Description
Contribution History Report Details specific periods and amounts remitted to verify accurate employer contributions
Balance Confirmation Letter Provides the total account balance as of a specific date
