- A. Member Name Amendments: Fixes discrepancies in initials, spelling mistakes, full names denoted by initials, name changes after marriage, or updates according to the birth certificate.
- B. NIC Number Amendments: Corrects typographical errors in the NIC number, handles changes from an old NIC to a new NIC format, or separates identical NIC numbers mistakenly assigned to multiple members.
- C. Member Account Amendments: Resolves contribution discrepancies, removes dummy numbers generated due to past mismatches, or manages contributions credited to already refunded accounts.

- Active Members: The individual member via their active employer.
- Registered Employers: The current operating employer certifying the identity of the staff member.
