Temporary Suspension of EPF Online and In-Person Services

The Employees’ Provident Fund Department (EPFD) wishes to inform all valued members, employers and the general public that we will be conducting the mandatory annual upgrade in the system.

To facilitate these essential upgrades, all online services, portal access and services for visiting members and employers will be temporarily interrupted at the following locations:

• EPF Department Main Service Point (Whiteaways Building, No. 25, Sir Baron Jayathilaka Mawatha, Colombo 01)
• All Regional Offices of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka
